Returns within the United Kingdom
- Return window: 7 days from delivery
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
- Items must be new and unused, in their original packaging
- Exchanges accepted within the same 7-day window
- Returns by mail via Royal Mail, with a free downloadable and printable return label
- No restocking fee
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item
