1. Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
2. Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. If you place an order after 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London), we will process it on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
Shipping within the United Kingdom
- Standard: 2–5 business days
Shipping to the United States
- Standard: 3–11 business days
4. Shipping Costs:
All orders are shipped free of charge, both within the United Kingdom and to the United States.
5. Shipping Carriers:
We use Royal Mail for UK orders and FedEx for US orders to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
